Having undertaken the establishment of an Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System (ALCMS) for Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport in the project of East Terminal and Third Runway Construction, Dalian Zongyi started construction in October 2016, passed the acceptance test and put the ALCMS into formal operation in July 2017.

Being the first ALCMS in the Southwest Region that connects three runways, aiming at the target of becoming the benchmark project in China, this ALCMS integrates airfield lighting control and monitoring, video monitoring, power control and monitoring, individual lamp control and monitoring, apron lighting control and monitoring, and many other subsystems. 3D virtual reality technology is implemented for the first time on the mimic display to present a 360 degree, no polar vector zoom image, forming a true representation of the navigational lights in the flight zone.

After being put into use, the ALCMS has gained positive feedbacks and praises from airport department of CAAC, Southwest Regional Administration of CAAC, and Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, and is recommended to be visited by domestic airports of similar size.
